Life After Elon: the Graduate and Professional Fair

Created By: Ashley Pinney, 2011-2012 Career Counseling Fellow

Last Wednesday, Elon put on its 3rd annual Graduate and Professional school fair. My colleague, Michelle Jones, did a great job organizing the event. Students made their way through the twists and turns of 53 tables, talking to recruiters about the different opportunities offered at the universities. The fair brought in big names like Georgetown, NYU, and American and included institutions that offered information from everything to graduate degrees in international politics to osteopathic medicine.  The fair is a great way to expose students to different institutions and programs and to get them thinking about the type of graduate degree they would like to pursue.
